Al Jazeera Media Network are looking for two passionate and forward-thinking AI Research Specialists to support the design and delivery of AI-related training solutions. The selected candidates will play a key role in researching credible, up-to-date AI developments and translating them into valuable insights for learning content. Working closely with our instructional design team, you will contribute to building engaging, research-backed training materials using tools like Articulate 360.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on AI advancements, tools, and trends to ensure training content is current, relevant, and evidence-based.
• Identify and validate credible sources related to AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to structure content and align research findings with training goals.
• Organize and maintain a database of research materials to support learning design.
• Summarize complex AI concepts into simplified, learner-friendly formats.
• Support content development in Articulate or similar authoring tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and clarity of all research used in instructional content.
• Maintain proper documentation of sources, methodologies, and references.

Qualifications

• Research & Analytical Skills – Ability to evaluate and validate AI-related data from credible sources.
• AI Knowledge & Awareness – Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, applications, and trends.
• Technical Writing & Documentation – Ability to summarize and document research findings clearly for instructional designers.
• Collaboration & Communication – Strong teamwork skills to coordinate with instructional designers and AI experts.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail – Having a sharp eye for high-quality content and visual clarity in training design, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and authenticity of the research data used in training programs.
