Role Purpose

To analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions. This role ensures data quality, develops reports and dashboards, and collaborates with stakeholders to address key data needs while maintaining data privacy and integrity.

Minimum Role Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor in relevant field

Experience: Senior Analyst: Minimum of 6 years of experience

Experience with machine learning techniques, Proven experience in analyzing large datasets using SQL, Excel Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy), and Proficiency in BI tools.

Key Accountabilities

• Gather and clean data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and fixing any errors, inconsistencies, or gaps.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business objectives.
• Perform statistical analysis and use data visualization techniques to present findings.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that help business stakeholders understand key metrics and KPIs.
• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create clear and actionable insights.
• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other teams to define key data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain data models to predict future trends or behaviors based on historical data.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of data for easy access and analysis.
