Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Eastern Europe


Description:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer, who will play a vital role in building and managing scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for our patient-centred Life Management Platform (LMP). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will support seamless development, deployment, and operational workflows.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage cloud-native infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines.
  • Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to accelerate software releases.
  • Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and backup systems.
  • Handle Identity and Access Management (IAM) ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage infrastructure configurations using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to troubleshoot operational issues and optimize workflows.
  • Document infrastructure processes and configurations clearly.


Desired Profile:

  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology), or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in monitoring and observability, including alerting, dashboarding, and integration with DevSecOps practices to ensure system reliability, security, and performance visibility.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in GxP-compliant environments, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical domains.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Effective communicator and team player.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of IAM platforms and compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR.
  • Experience with system integration in complex enterprise environments.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as relevant DevOps certifications, demonstrating expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices.
