We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in building a positive workplace culture and supporting a wide range of HR operations. You will have continuous support from our HR manager, providing the guidance you need to grow and succeed. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy organizing impactful activities, and are passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences, this role is perfect for you.

Must Haves:

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Location: Kyiv as sometimes there may be a need to pick up some items from the office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• 1+ year of experience in HR experience within IT companies
• Genuine passion for working with people, fostering collaboration, and growing a career in HR
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, Google Workspace, and AI-powered productivity tools

• Practical HR training, certifications, or relevant coursework
• Experience in software consulting, outsourcing, or service-based companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance team engagement through organizing team-building activities, gifting programs, and corporate events
• Coordinate and manage corporate benefits packages
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and other essential HR processes
• Maintain accurate team member data in HRIS systems
• Conduct surveys to gather feedback and measure engagement
• Manage internal communications to keep the team informed and connected
• Provide responsive support to team member requests and inquiries
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
