About the role:

As the Head of Payment Orchestration, you will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction of our network payment infrastructure. You will oversee a team of highly skilled professionals. Your expertise will be instrumental in mitigating risks, optimising operational efficiency, and fostering innovation within the payment landscape.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement a long-term strategy for our payment network with key players OTC desk, ON/OFF ramps, PSP, Banks
• Oversee the daily operations of the crypto payment infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable transaction processing
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
• Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate fraud, chargebacks, and other financial risks
• Optimize payment processing workflows to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
  
  
  

Team Management:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of crypto payment operations professionals
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to foster their professional growth and maximize their potential
• Create a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation
  
  
  

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, including AML, KYC, and data privacy laws
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
• Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory landscape and industry best practices
  
  
  

Technological Innovation:

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the stablecoin payment space
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency, improve security, and provide innovative payment solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and implement new payment features and capabilities
  
  
  

Customer Experience:

• Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience related to cryptocurrency payments
• Collaborate with customer support and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective communication
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment processing or a similar role
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency protocols, and payment systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and payment gateway integrations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency

• Advanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools

From the first to the final stage, we do our best to keep the entire process under three weeks. Our interviews take place via Meet and typically consist of the following stages:

• Internal Recruiter Call (30 to 45 minutes)
• Technical Interview (60 minutes)
