We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who’s organized, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you’ll support client teams and media specialists, helping everything run smoothly from brief to delivery. You’ll be a key player in keeping timelines tight, tasks aligned, and teams focused—so that our clients get the results they expect (and more).

💼 What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain task overviews and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate tasks related to campaign plans and execution
• Organize and follow up on client meetings and other client-facing matters
• Support new business pitches with planning and coordination

You’re a self-driven, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. With strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, you know how to keep multiple moving parts aligned. If you're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from staying one step ahead, we’d love to meet you.

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role - ideally in media or advertising
• You speak and write fluent Finnish and English
• You’re confident using Excel and other day-to-day digital tools
• You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
