Project Assistant

Amesan Consulting is searching for a Project Assistant on behalf of its client for a Data Centre Construction project in Finland.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Assistant to join the team for a Data Centre Construction project in Finland. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager and project team, ensuring the project is delivered on time and efficiently.

You will be working closely with the Project Management Team on-site to support the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, maintain proper filing systems, and organize events and business travel arrangements.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, manage calendars, and help monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Budget Management: Assist in tracking project budgets and managing project-related expenses.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience supported by a suitable educational background.
• Proficiency with project management software and office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
