Job Title: AI Prompt Engineer – GenAI Customer Journeys

Contract: 6 months + extension 

Location: EU Remote 

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to develop AI-driven customer journeys using generative AI capabilities within the Sprinklr platform. The ideal candidate will design and optimise conversational prompts to enhance customer engagement, ensuring seamless, personalised experiences across touchpoints. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI features with business objectives, focusing on journey-building and user experience.

Qualifications: Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, Sprinklr, and a deep understanding of customer experience design.
