We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Automation Engineer (all) to join our growing team. Your mission: to bring intelligent automation into our workflows, from customer onboarding to internal operations. You’ll work at the intersection of process automation, AI integration, and system connectivity—directly contributing to both our Product and Sales teams.

This position can either be hybrid in Hamburg oder fully remote within Germany. (Luxembourg would also be possible)

• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n


• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into real business use cases


• Automate customer onboarding, support flows, and internal processes


• Develop AI-powered data pipelines, chatbots, and assistants for internal use


• Set up automated reporting and analytics processes


• Connect and orchestrate various SaaS tools using APIs and no-code platforms


• Continuously optimize prompts and AI interactions for efficiency and accuracy


• Work towards converting internal tickets into actionable, AI-augmented entries in systems like our HRIS (Personio)

• Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms


• Solid understanding of LLMs (prompting, API usage, fine-tuning basics)


• Familiarity with AI agents / agentic systems


• Basic coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript for custom logic


• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations


• A creative and pragmatic automation mindset


• Practical experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral


• Strong data manipulation and transformation abilities
