About Your New Job as a Software Engineer in Test

• Develop, implement, and enhance test automation frameworks utilising Python, Cucumber/Behave, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in test-driven development, ensuring the production of robust, testable, and maintainable code.
• Write and execute automation scripts for front-end, back-end, and end-to-end testing to ensure thorough test coverage and high-quality software.

What Skills You Need in this job as a Software Engineer in Test

• Proven experience in designing and utilising test automation frameworks, particularly with Python, Cucumber/Behave, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong background in working with Python.
• At least 5 years of experience in UI, back-end, and end-to-end test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, Ansible, OpenShift, and Unix.
• Knowledge of API testing using REST APIs and tools like Rest Assured (POSTMAN/Groovy scripting).

What’s on Offer in this job as a Software Engineer in Test

• Daily Rate of around €550
• Hybrid working environment that is 3 days a week in the office
• Good likelihood of contract extensions
