Senior Fullstack Engineer – EU project (In Riga)

Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for a Senior Software Engineer based in Riga (Latvia) who’s experienced in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and thrives in high-autonomy environments. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team delivering mission-critical systems to one of the EU’s most relevant innovation hubs.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade software applications in public cloud environments.
• Design and implement multi-tier architectures and scalable APIs.
• Collaborate with IT architects and operations teams to define and execute solid, secure solutions.
• Write technical documentation and support testing processes (unit, integration, UAT).
• Engage in process analysis and deliver clean, production-ready code aligned with EU standards.

What we expect from you

• 7+ years of experience in software development (Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services).
• Solid skills in Docker, CI/CD, Redis, MongoDB, and at least one Typescript-based framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Background in cloud-native development, preferably in AWS or Azure.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1) and native fluency in Latvian.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in international tech teams.
