We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior VIP Account Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
VIP Player Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for our VIP customers, delivering top-tier, personalized service
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships that increase loyalty and lifetime value
- Be the face of the brand for our high-value players, ensuring their needs are met with precision
Retention & Reactivation
- Engage proactively with VIPs to boost activity and reduce churn
- Identify and reactivate inactive or “at-risk” VIPs using tailored strategies and communication
- Develop and manage customized offers, promotions, and campaigns to increase player value
Segmentation & Monitoring
- Analyze player behaviour, performance metrics, and spending habits
- Segment VIPs to prioritize efforts and identify potential new VIPs
- Help guide players through their journey into the VIP program
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide daily analysis of VIP performance, KPIs, and activity trends
- Use data-driven insights to refine retention tactics
- Share actionable recommendations with the wider team to elevate the overall VIP strategy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry is a must
- Proven background in VIP Account Management is a must
- Strong experience in retention, sales, and portfolio management
- Demonstrated success in growing customer lifetime value
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with casino brands under a Curacao license
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks in Tier-1 markets
- Multilingual skills and cross-cultural communication abilities
