Mid-Senior C# Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a skilled C# Developer to join our team at Hyand Lithuania. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile environment and contribute to impactful projects using modern technologies and architectural approaches.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications and services using C# and ASP.Net Core.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration across services.
Work with relational databases (primarily PostgreSQL and MSSQL), including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
Contribute to the architecture and design of microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Implement and maintain unit tests using frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit to ensure code reliability.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines, containerization practices, and deployment strategies (depending on experience).
Take ownership of tasks and proactively propose improvements in the reengineering of existing systems or components.

Must-have:

Experience in C#.
Experience in ASP.Net Core development.
Solid knowledge of SQL and at least one DBMS (preferably PostgreSQL and MSSQL).
Familiarity with the concept of RESTful APIs.
Experience with Git for version control (preferably along with GitLab).
Familiarity with a unit testing framework (e.g. Unit, NUnit, etc.)
Familiarity with microservice architecture.
Experience working in agile environments.
Acting as a technical mentor within an international team, ensuring high code quality.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Professional experience as a developer for more than 3 years.
Understanding of software architectures based on .NET.

Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of .NET Compact Framework, WCF, or gRPC.
Experience with NodeJS.
Knowledge of implementing build pipelines (e.g., using GitLab CI/CD).
Knowledge of container virtualization (e.g., using Docker).
Experience in reengineering of existing software systems.
Familiarity with at least one cloud service platform.
Familiarity with patterns and design principles (e.g. SOLID).
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and event sourcing.
Experienced in collaborating within international Scrum teams.
Knowledge of the German language.
Willingness to lead a team of developers (for a Senior role).
