💼 Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement engineering, banking domain knowledge, and a solid grasp of testing processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience functioning in a Scrum Master capacity.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coordinate and assist with test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🔍 Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of requirement engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience or deep understanding of testing methodologies.
• Mandatory: Prior experience with Banking Instruments and Corporate Actions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
