As a System Analyst at ABB E-mobility, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our Salesforce platform and other digital tools. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve business processes, deliver high-impact solutions, and ensure our systems support outstanding service delivery worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes across global digital platforms.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Support implementation of new features, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
  • Work closely with Business Process Owners, Developers, and Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of ABB’s digital platforms beyond Salesforce.
  • Help shape the product roadmap and manage the feature backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce Test Automation (a plus).
  • Salesforce certifications (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience in the technology industry and software development lifecycles.
  • Affinity with DevOps and digital transformation practices.
  • Additional certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
