Project Manager

Are you a proactive and resilient Project Manager with experience in telecommunications? We’re looking for a driven professional to join a dynamic team in the Telco sector.

Location: Lisbon or Porto

Start Date: ASAP

Work Model: Hybrid (70% remote / 30% in person)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on telco implementation projects across all phases (validation, execution, closure)
• Manage project changes, risks, and constraints
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Track and report KPIs and project progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of Waterfall methodologies (PMP certification is a plus)
• Understanding of telecom services (data, voice, transmission)
• Strong experience in risk and constraint management
• Skilled communicator, able to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
