Our client – a leading company in the beverage industry – is looking to reinforce its Business Intelligence team with the integration of a Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a direct hiring opportunity with the company, offering a hybrid working model and long-term growth prospects.

💡 Your Mission

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Provide data-driven support to the Sales & Wholesale areas through advanced analytics and BI tools;
• Identify data needs and collaborate with Data & Technology teams to ensure robust data sourcing and structure;
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and other company tools;
• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy;
• Improve reporting tools and dashboards continuously to meet business needs;
• Contribute to scalable BI architecture, supporting data modeling and infrastructure with the BI Manager;
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams.

🛠 What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar;
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, and reporting (preferably in sales/commercial environments);
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization tools;
• Solid experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and cleaning techniques;
• Experience managing large datasets with a focus on quality and consistency;
• Knowledge of sales processes and performance KPIs;
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders;
• Portuguese – Fluent;
• English – Intermediate (B1);
• Legal documentation to work in Portugal is mandatory.
