As part of our Dennemeyer Software Solutions, you will join our Software Development team as a junior developer to code and learn how to create and evolve international products in a large multicultural team. You will be working closely with talented developers, architects and QA testers, business analysts and the support team.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the development of new features and improvements for our software products under the guidance of experienced developers
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code as part of the development team
- Assist in unit testing and debugging to ensure functionality, performance, and security
- Participate in team discussions, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to gain experience with Agile development practices
- Collaborate closely with other developers, QAs, and the product team to understand requirements and contribute to solutions
- Learn and apply development best practices including source control, versioning, and coding standards
- Continuously develop your technical skills and understanding of the codebase through pair programming, feedback, and code exploration
- Document technical findings and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Get familiar with the business domain (Intellectual Property) and understand how your work fits into the larger product vision
- Bring your curiosity and ideas – we value fresh perspectives and a willingness to ask questions
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field is a plus, but not required – we value practical skills, motivation, and the ability to learn
- Solid foundational knowledge in object-oriented programming and software development principles
- Familiarity with C#, Visual Studio, and the .NET ecosystem, ideally including exposure to WPF and WebAPI through academic projects or internships
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., SQL Server)
- Exposure to Git and version control systems, either through coursework, internships or personal projects
- Eager to work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and to learn how to contribute to team-based software projects
- Motivated, curious, and proactive learner with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, demonstrated through academic or extracurricular work
- Willingness to explore best practices such as unit testing, refactoring, and CI/CD concepts
- Any familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular or similar) is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or German is considered an asset
- Contributions to university group projects, open-source code, hackathons, or internships are a plus. Feel free to share links to your GitHub profile or relevant portfolio work
