Ansible Developer

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Ansible Developer for a 6 month contract a fully onsite engagement in Solna, Sweden. This role is ideal for a versatile application developer with strong technical currency across various technologies, particularly in automation and configuration management using Ansible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Ansible playbooks and modules for configuration and automation tasks
• Guide and supervise colleagues where necessary
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure clear documentation and explanation of processes to support team learning
• Communicate interactively with clients and internal teams

Essential Skills:

• Strong proficiency with Ansible and related automation tools
• Broad understanding of multiple technology stacks and frameworks
• Ability to explain and guide junior team members
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills

Desirable Attributes:

• Broad technical knowledge across platforms
• Capable of working on repetitive, routine-based work packages
• Comfortable in structured supervision role
