About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Developer to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that address complex business challenges. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models for real-world applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
• Implement model training, validation, and performance tracking pipelines
• Deploy machine learning models using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
• Optimize model performance and retraining strategies based on business feedback and production outcomes
• Document ML workflows, experiments, and best practices

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Sound understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature selection, and handling real-world datasets
• Familiarity with Flask, FastAPI, or other model deployment tools
• Proficient in SQL and data extraction from relational databases
• Good understanding of software development practices, version control, and collaborative tools
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
