What You’ll Be Driving:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and technical environments.
• Providing high-quality, actionable, and understandable analysis documentation, creating test scenarios, and running the tests with the customer,
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of products.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or Management, Economics, and other related departments.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or other relevant database systems for managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Being customer-oriented, solution-oriented, an analytic thinker, a fast learner, and proactive
• Experience with campaign management tools is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Postman and SoapUI is a plus.
• Experience in Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.
• A plus is knowledge of the stream-processing platform Apache Kafka or other queue management systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness and availability to travel nationally and internationally as required by the business.
