Project Manager

• Managing international IT projects of high complexity,
• Creating project plans, schedules, and reports,
• Organizing and overseeing work carried out by the project team, conducting project meetings, assigning tasks, monitoring their implementation,
• Ensuring the flow of documentation and information within the team,
• Preparing project documentation,
• Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management,
• Have experience in the IT industry,
• Have a practical knowledge of both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies,
• Excellently organize their own work and that of the team,
• Excel in budgeting and creating schedules,
• Have experience in improving business processes and gathering business requirements,
• Possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
• Have a high level of energy and determination in pursuing set goals,
• Proficient in English at an advanced level (at least B+ level),
• Are proficient in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite.
