About The Role
We're looking for a Program Manager who is highly skilled in project execution, resource management, and stakeholder communication, and experienced in overseeing budgets, procurement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Allocate and manage resources (people, funding, materials, and time) to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Identify potential new opportunities and transform them into projects with regular stakeholder communication.
- Should be able to communicate fluently in Polish with the stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault is a plus.
- Monitor and control program costs to ensure the projects are completed within the approved budget.
- Oversee the procurement process, manage contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Regularly report on program status, milestones, and performance against the plan to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Formally close projects, including completing financial reporting, documenting lessons
- Proven experience in leading large programs and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
- Skilled in negotiating terms and managing stakeholder expectations.
