We are looking for a “Project Manager” to be responsible for our local & global projects.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/computer sciences or equivalent degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Telco/Banking
- Full project life cycle ownership: develop and manage all aspects of the project from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
- Familiar with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, etc
- Capable of facilitating multiple projects/people across multiple locations
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, across all levels of the organization
- Experience working with internal/external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
- Fluency in English
- Have technical knowledge at a basic level
- No travel restrictions
- Team player
What You Will Do:
- Day-to-day project management and delivery of onboarding & consulting services for Evam Customers throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements on time and within budget
- Partner with the project team resources to ensure a successful project outcome
- Report weekly status updates and raise project risks to clients and the account team
- Assist in documenting client business rules, requirements, and customizations, and ensure accurate configuration of the product
- Partner with the full account team on engagement, including representatives from sales, success, and support organizations, to ensure client satisfaction
- Proactively identify and contribute to process improvement, including automation opportunities and execution of playbooks
- Deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and the product management
