We are looking for an Product Analyst to join our team.
Job Description
- User Behavior Analysis: Funnel analysis for registration, deposit, betting, and withdrawals.
- Monitoring key product KPIs such as retention, churn, LTV, session length, etc.
- Feature Performance Evaluation: Running A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features on core metrics.
- Generating product reports to identify which features drive user engagement and revenue.
- Hypothesis Support & Validation: Collecting and analyzing data to validate or reject product hypotheses.
- Working closely with UX/UI teams to improve the user experience based on insights.
- Dashboards & Analytics Tools: Building and maintaining product dashboards using Tableau.
- Segmenting users (e.g., VIPs, casual players, high-risk segments) to personalize analysis and product decisions.
- Experience of 2+ years of working with a b2c product, as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge and experience using Tableau or similar analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders.
