The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) unit is focused on origination and structuring of broad range of primary bond offerings on behalf of corporates and financial institutions which is placed with SEBs global investor network. The unit operates from offices in the Nordic capitals and from Frankfurt with professionals providing both specific product and sector expertise.

We are now looking for an Analyst to join our team in Oslo!

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for supporting origination, structuring, and execution activities of funding and capital transactions for SEB’s clients. You will participate in the origination process as well as providing input on new business opportunities.

As an Analyst you will

• Be responsible for preparing high quality pitches, marketing material and financial modeling.
• Keep maintenance of market intelligence and market data.
• Participate in the idea generation for new business opportunities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategy for various DCM products.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

In addition to strong academic results and analytical skills we value an outgoing personality and team player mentality, integrity, high work capacity and a genuine interest in financial markets. You are a recent graduate or have up to 2 years’ experience from similar positions (e.g. within investment banking, financing or management consulting), with strong skills in financial modelling and power point.

You show commitment to learn and constantly develop your skill set, and you work in a structured way with focus on quality, details, and deadlines.

We operate as a global team where seamless communication and collaboration with other units across the bank is key to our success. Fluency in English is a requirement and Scandinavian language is preferred.
