We need to strengthen our team with a skilled and experienced DRILLPerform analyst with a control system background and high focus on quality and structure. The purpose of the role is to handle all analytics within the DRILLPerform™ service for our rapid response department in DLS.

You will participate in a team of competent colleagues and contribute to the success of the DRILLPerform™ service. We evolve our services with a customer first mindset, aiming for operational excellence through high competence and digital service solutions.

Rapid Response - current service portfolio:

• Rapid response / 24/7 Technical support
• DRILLPerform™ (Performance optimization)
• Secure OPS™ (Cyber security services)
• Rig logger service (data collection from rigs in operation)
  
  

Responsibilities And Tasks

• Daily handling of analytics and report activities within the DRILLPerform™ service
• Performing in-depth PI Analytics/Analytics of reported performance issues by customer or by DRILLPerform™
• Providing customer with analytics
• Performing daily maintenance and configuration of DRILLPerform™ Analytics tool
• Make recommendations and improvements to DRILLPerform™ tools
• Actively recommending improvements in HMH's organization for equipment, systems and software for increased performance and reliability
• Adhere to HMH's vision, values, strategies, policies, standards and procedures
  
  

Participation

• Implementation and utilization of new and existing services in the group
• Sales, Marketing and Operational meetings with customer
• Necessary travel (onshore/offshore) related to responsibilities
• Development and improvement of respective services
• Available for the DLS organization
  
  

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Relevant technical education BSc/MSc. Relevant practical experience may compensate for technical education
• Experience from troubleshooting of drilling equipment
• Solution oriented and ability to take initiative and manage work in an efficient manner
• Curious on new technology, and ability to acquire new knowledge quickly
• Well-developed customer focus
• Drilling operation competence
• Analytic skills
• Structured and quality focused
• Flexible and motivated by working with continuous improvements
• Team oriented and independent with good communication and cooperation skills
• Good communication skills in English both orally and in writing
• Good Norwegian skills is an advantage
