Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in the IT Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks Conducting IT audits to ensure compliance with established IT standards, policies and regulations Documenting risks and actions taken to mitigate them Communicating findings and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders Performing risk assessments on new technologies and systems before implementation Developing risk management policies and protocols for IT Training staff in risk management and raising awareness of potential IT risks Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in IT security Collaborating with other departments to ensure that their IT systems and data are secure

Experience (Years): 8-10

Essential Skills: Strong understanding of IT security concepts and principles. Knowledge of risk management methodologies and frameworks. Experience with conducting IT risk assessments and audits.

Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills: Good to have CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP Certifications
