DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CI/CD Automation Expert – DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing application production team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with hands-on implementation of deployment automation and orchestration;
• Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible and TFS;
• Must have proficiency with containerization and automation tools such as Docker and Selenium;
• Proficient in system administration for Linux/Unix and Windows environments with exposure to ITIL best practices;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively drive DevOps practices across teams.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience working in a banking or financial institution is a plus;
• Background in leading, coaching, or mentoring technical teams;
• Ability to influence and lead by example in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a DevOps culture by bridging development and operations teams;
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to automate, streamline, and optimize deployment pipelines;
• Maintain and enhance existing CI/CD workflows and infrastructure to support continuous delivery goals;
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce operational overhead;
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and ensure documentation and knowledge bases are regularly updated;
• Conduct training sessions and technical discussions to promote DevOps best practices across teams;
• Contribute to the growth and engagement of the internal DevOps community;
• Provide round-the-clock operational support through rotational shifts and on-call duties for incident management and planned changes.
