We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in Finance to lead the standardization of Cost Controlling for G&A expenses across our global markets. This project aims to streamline processes and ensure consistency in cost controlling across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management and project delivery, with prior experience working in global markets.

YOU WILL

• Lead and manage the global project to standardize cost controlling processes for General & Administrative (G&A) expenses
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams across different regions to harmonize methodologies and processes
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones in line with business objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation
• Provide financial insights and expertise, leveraging experience in cost controlling and process improvement
• Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders across all regions, managing expectations and reporting on project progress
• Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new standardized process
  
  
  

Requirements

YOU NEED

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in financial projects related to cost controlling or similar functions
• Strong background in finance, particularly in cost controlling, financial planning, and analysis of G&A expenses
• Experience working in global markets or multi-regional organizations, with an understanding of different market dynamics and requirements
• Prior experience in process standardization or similar transformational finance projects
• Familiarity with G&A expenses and related controlling processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an asset
• Experience in financial systems and data analytics related to cost controlling
