Role: Senior QA Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Life Management Platform (LMP). Your expertise will uphold high-quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver seamless user experiences across our healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and backend services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to identify and mitigate quality risks early.
• Maintain and run regression, integration, and functional test suites.
• Document defects clearly and track resolution, communicating effectively with development teams.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.

Desired Profile:

• 5 to 8 years of QA experience, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E), or any other equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficient with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or ALM/QC.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical and communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and maintaining traceability matrices across functional, integration, and regression testing phases.
• Skilled in API testing, including request/response validation, authentication, and performance checks using tools like Postman, Swagger, or equivalent.
• Experienced in preparing QA effort estimations, ensuring optimal test coverage aligned with project requirements and risk assessments.
• Hands-on experience with performance and security testing using tools like JMeter, focusing on system reliability, scalability, and vulnerability assessments.
• Proficient in using Zephyr Scale for test management and Confluence for documentation, collaboration, and maintaining QA knowledge bases.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Exposure to IAM, patient engagement systems, and consent management.
• Domain experience in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries, with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in mobile application testing and API testing, ensuring seamless functionality, usability, and integration across platforms.
• Certified in ISTQB Foundation Level and Certified Agile Tester (CAT), demonstrating a strong foundation in structured testing methodologies and agile practices.
