Android Developer

I'm currently working with a leading retail bank that’s looking to hire an experienced Android Developer with strong Kotlin skills to join their mobile team.

The role:

You’ll be contributing to the development of their mobile banking app, used daily by millions of customers across the UK. This is a great opportunity to work in a modern Agile environment with a focus on clean architecture and testable, scalable code.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven Android development experience
• Strong Kotlin skills
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and MVVM
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Any experience in financial services or with secure mobile applications is a bonus

Work setup:

• Hybrid: 2 days a week in Leeds
• Initial 6-month contract
