About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our senior BD team in managing key partnerships, organizing outreach processes, and driving operational effectiveness. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone starting their career in business development or partnerships, with opportunities to grow into more strategic responsibilities over time.

While the primary focus will be on coordination, communications, and logistical support, the role will also involve occasional research tasks to support the team’s strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate outreach workflows, follow-ups, and responses.
• Support the preparation of pitch decks, meeting briefs, and BD collateral.
• Draft and refine professional correspondence with partners or stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups across multiple time zones.
• Help compile competitive intelligence or partnership benchmarks when needed.
• Support internal knowledge management for market insights.
• Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with leads, partner information, and activity logs.
• Take and distribute meeting notes and action points.
• Organize internal documentation for ongoing and completed BD initiatives.
• Perform targeted desk research on companies, industry trends, or specific partners.
• Outreach automation is a plus.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in written format.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); CRM tools (e.g., Notion, or similar) a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for Web3.
