AI/ML Engineer - OpenAI Platform Development

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled Google Cloud CCAI Platform Engineer to lead the development and implementation of our OpenAI-based solutions. 

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing conversational agents using the OpenAI platform and developing and implementing machine learning models for natural language processing. You will play a critical role in enhancing our CRM system with AI-powered solutions that improve customer interactions and streamline processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

OpenAI Platform Development: 

• Design, build, and deploy GPT-based conversational agents, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and APIs.

Conversational Agent Development:

• Develop and customize virtual agents powered by the GPT platform to handle various interactions, ensuring they operate efficiently 24/7. 
• Integrate agents with existing CRM systems and third-party APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange.

Natural Language Processing:

• Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for natural language understanding and generation using the GPT architecture.
• Implement NLP techniques to enhance the conversational capabilities of agents, including intent recognition and entity extraction.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of conversational agents through user interactions and feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement updates to enhance accuracy and user experience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain clear documentation of development processes, conversation flows, and model training.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience with GPT models and related frameworks (OpenAI API).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhook integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
