We are seeking a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Network Performance tools.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your technical expertise while working in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Network Performance tools to ensure efficiency and optimization
  • Design and develop front-end interfaces with an emphasis on intuitive UI/UX
  • Enhance ETL processes for effective data ingestion and transformation
  • Create efficient database structures to improve data storage scalability and performance
  • Integrate and manage relational and non-relational databases aligned with solution requirements
  • Automate recurring processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain systems’ daily functionality
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement continuous improvement initiatives


Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience in Python and knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, and JavaScript for tool development and maintenance
  • Background in web frameworks and technologies like JSF, Spring, and AJAX for scalable integration solutions
  • Familiarity with Tomcat and Maven for deployment and versioning
  • Skills in processing and handling data formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, and XLS
  • Competency in Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems to ensure system compatibility and performance
  • Capable of working with Bitbucket and Jira for version control and agile workflows
  • Intermediate-level technical English to interpret documentation and collaborate in English-language environments


Nice to have


  • Expertise in Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Apache Tomcat to develop robust microservices
  • Familiarity with Apache Maven to streamline build management processes
  • Skills in administering Linux, Unix, and Windows systems to support advanced backend functions
  • Knowledge of AJAX to build interactive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Understanding of JSON and XML for enhanced data manipulation and interoperability
