What you can expect Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions.

Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law.

Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities.

Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule.

Acquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of work.

Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.

Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base.

Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks.

Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget.

Managing project invoicing and cash flow.

Identifying and managing changes during project execution.

Approving final project deliverables.

Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities.

Administering the contract and closing the project.

Ensuring completeness of project documentation.

Documenting lessons learned and best practices.

What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related areas.

Advanced English Level (Minimum B2).

MS Project.

Previous background working on O&G or Engineering projects.

Prior knowledge and/or practical use of resource forecasting, planning or management.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbally in Spanish and English.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a fast paced environment.

Good planning and organizing skills.

Abiliy to work independently and influence others.
