- You plan and organise various training programmes such as toolboxes safety, first aid, internal transport, leadership, etc.
- You coach trainers on the shop floor in teaching work instructions.
- You act as a point of contact for trainers and managers regarding employee training.
- You monitor the quality of the training process and the outcome of the training courses.
- You use the existing LMS (Workday Learning) to plan and monitor training. You also act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders using the platform.
- You fully manage the training administration from A to Z.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on person who can work independently. Furthermore, you possess:
- Proactive and independent working attitude: You take initiative and work independently to develop and implement training programmes. You manage to detect training needs and work on them on your own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills: You are able to plan, coordinate and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration and team spirit: You work closely with colleagues, managers and other departments to ensure that the company's training needs are identified and addressed.
- Flexibility and adaptability: You are willing to work with different shifts. You will visit the night shift with some regularity and very occasionally the weekend shifts.
- Analytical mind-set: You regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and use data and feedback to make continuous improvements.
- Didactic expertise: You have experience and affinity with developing training materials, and you are able to tailor these to the needs of various target groups.
- Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus. You are willing to brush up on your knowledge of French depending on your duties.
