Are you an experienced IT & Project Management professional looking for a long-term assignment in a dynamic, global environment? We're seeking a detail-oriented expert to manage the Ringi (Management Approval) Process for key projects.

🔹 Start Date: 1st July

🔹 Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week on-site)

💡 Your Role:

• Drive the Ringi approval process, ensuring key requirements are met and stakeholders are aligned.
• Review, advise, and refine Ringi documents, guaranteeing compliance with best practices and standards.
• Monitor project conditions post-approval (budget, schedule, structure) and ensure commitments are met before project launch.
• Identify challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Plan and facilitate key meetings based on project schedules and milestones.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in IT & Project Management

✔️ Strong communication & presentation skills for engaging with global stakeholders

✔️ Logical, structured thinking and practical problem-solving abilities

✔️ Working knowledge of Toyota Way & Toyota principles (a plus!)

✔️ Knowledge of IT systems in general

✔️ English required | Japanese a plus for collaboration with HQ
