  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and introduce scalable solutions
  • Track progress, mitigate risks, and report to key stakeholders
  • Drive project standards and improve internal project management capabilities

We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT project management (restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry experience is a big plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with grace
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
  • Tech-savvy mindset with an eye for problem-solving

Nice to Have

  • Experience with POS systems, restaurant technology stacks, or ERP integrations
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum)

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing hospitality and entertainment powerhouse in the Baltics
  • Work with a passionate, driven team where your ideas matter
  • Opportunity to shape how projects are managed across the company
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities

P.S. No relocation or visa sponsorship is offered.
