We’re seeking a Solutions Engineer who can confidently engage with customers, translate technical offerings into practical solutions, and support business growth in the fast-evolving world of renewable energy.

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal part in both strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities within the market. You’ll work alongside a highly capable engineering team and serve as a key point of contact for clients—translating technical requirements into tailored, value-driven solutions.

This is hybrid position, but we are considering candidates based anywhere in Finland due to flexibility around office attendance. Fluency in both Finnish and English is necessary for daily communication and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise between the customers and technical department.
• Understand and interpret client needs to propose the right solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and engagement.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across the renewable energy market.
• Participate in technical discussions and support the development of tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• A solid grasp of engineering or technical concepts—ideally with experience in or exposure to renewable energy or industrial services.
• A consultative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance commercial awareness and technical insight.
• Proven ability to build relationships, gain trust, and convert conversations into long-term collaborations.
• Self-driven and able to manage responsibilities independently.
• Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English.
