Senior Cloud Engineer

I have a brand new contract role with one of our financial services clients based in Galway. This role would be a 12 month rolling contract opportunity paying a competitive daily rate. Here's what we're looking for:

Key Expertise Required

• Managing cloud-hosted applications (AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Maintaining Jenkins pipelines and monitoring observability tools (e.g., Data Dog).
• Debugging using log data and automating processes (PowerShell, Python).
• Basic knowledge of database querying, networking, and infrastructure.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting and upgrading environments and vendor platforms.
• Collaborating with teams, business partners, and external vendors.
• Managing incidents, documentation, and change processes.
