Our client is a global player in the digital payments and fintech space, helping businesses around the world grow through smart, secure, and simple solutions. They’re now looking for a talented Product Experience Design Manager to join their innovation team focused on small-to-medium business products.

This is a great opportunity to help shape the user experience of customer-facing platforms used across the globe, blending creativity, strategy, and design systems in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead user experience and product design for new and existing features
• Build and refine reusable design components and design systems in Figma
• Turn complex ideas into clean, user-friendly prototypes
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers
• Use design thinking to create impactful, user-first solutions
• Contribute to a collaborative design community within the organisation

What you’ll need:

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI and product design
• Expert-level skills in Figma and design systems
• Great understanding of B2B or B2B2C product UX
• Confidence working with components, grids, and atomic design principles
• Strong visual design sense with the ability to iterate quickly
• Strategic thinker who can balance user needs with business goals
• A passion for problem-solving and curiosity for innovation
