You will play a key role on a prestigious mixed-use development comprising luxury apartments and high-spec commercial units in a prime city centre location. This project is a flagship scheme for the client and is expected to set new benchmarks in design and quality.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fit-out Project/Package Manager to manage internal fit-out packages from shell & core through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of fit-out works to the highest quality, safety, and programme standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the fit-out delivery of apartment and commercial spaces from first fix to handover
• Oversee subcontractor management, coordination of trades, and quality control on all fit-out packages
• Interface with the client, design teams, and internal project teams to ensure smooth information flow
• Drive programme delivery to ensure milestone dates are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
• Chair progress meetings and report regularly to the Project Manager
• Ensure proper materials management, logistics planning, and workforce allocation
• Manage snagging and ensure timely closeout for handover
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior site staff where applicable

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a Fit-out Package/Project Manager role
• Proven track record delivering high-end residential and/or commercial fit-out projects
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors or well-established main contractors is desirable
• Strong technical understanding of fit-out sequencing and detailing
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
• Degree or trade background in Construction, Building Services, or a related discipline
