We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Implementation Project Manager to join a Professional Services team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the deployment of a platform for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a proven track record in project management to drive growth in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

This is a fully remote role based in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact client implementations and internal projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Design and execute detailed project plans, including tasks, dependencies, and timelines, to ensure delivery aligns with client goals and budget parameters.
• Analyze client requirements and align them with platform capabilities, offering strategic insight to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress proactively-identifying risks, adjusting timelines, managing action items, and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Partner with Implementation Consultants to ensure unified and efficient project delivery.
• Facilitate regular client meetings, including executive-level updates, with a focus on strategic communication and value delivery.
• Manage evolving project scopes with agility, implementing contingency plans where necessary to mitigate risks.
• Apply industry-standard project management practices to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, best practices, and delivery standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to remain up to date on platform functionality and implementation strategies.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically delivering complex, client-facing software implementations.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale external projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Strong emotional and analytical intelligence, with a talent for building trust and rapport with stakeholders.
• Adept at translating technical capabilities into meaningful business solutions for clients.
• Proven ability to transform business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
