Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Join us as a Frontend Developer and contribute to the development of our end-to-end platform for the design and development of utility-scale solar projects. As part of our team, you will craft web applications that provide an exceptional user experience, directly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of solar project development globally. • Drive the development of frontend solutions through the full lifecycle – from technical design and implementation to testing and production deployment.
• Write well-documented, modular, and reusable code using TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and leading frameworks, mainly React.
• Collaborate closely with your team, including UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to implement responsive, accessible, and user-centric interfaces.
• Build, optimize, and maintain performant web applications, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to our security and accessibility standards.
• Actively participate in peer code reviews, contribute to our frontend architecture, and champion a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Embrace complex challenges, confidently navigate ambiguous problems to define innovative solutions, and take deep ownership of your projects to deliver high-quality results.
• Proven frontend development experience, with a strong ability to demonstrate your work with modern TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and component-based frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• A strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and their practical application in creating intuitive interfaces.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, responsive/adaptive design, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, working in cloud-based environments, and using version control (Git) with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and test-driven development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to making thoughtful trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills in English, with an aptitude for soliciting and providing constructive feedback and valuing diverse perspectives.

• Familiarity with design systems.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or similar data access solutions, and API design principles.
• Experience with frontend mapping frameworks (e.g., OpenLayers, Leaflet, Google Maps API, Esri) – highly relevant to our solar project visualization.

Salary Range: 54,700 - 82,100 EUR gross/yearly. The final offer will depend on experience and competencies.
