Job Description
Start Date: Immediately. Duration: 6 months
Note: Only candidates with a valid internship agreement provided by a University and a valid resident card in the European Union will be considered for this internship position.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
- Support to update daily financial reports, analyze significant changes and abnormal records;
- Assist in accounts reconciliation and use SWIFT codes to track the unpaid debts;
- Participate in maintaining excel models for financial reporting to ensure their accuracy after each change;
- Assist to formulate, translate and review the financial documents and reports;
- Assist to the asset-liability management, calculate and forecast the daily LCR;
- Other daily jobs: scanning financial vouchers etc.
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Minimum Bachelor/University degrees in accounting, economics or other related majors;
- Strong excel skills, python is a plus.
- Strong commercial and communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of accounting and economy;
- English and Chinese required; French is a plus but not required;
- Team-oriented, positive, professional, strong work ethic.
- The position is in back-line department, and requires the intern to support in regular communication of financial data and payment processes with the front-line and middle-line departments, so it is a good chance to have a clearer understanding of the internal operation process in the bank;
- Through daily work, the intern shall use various internal systems of the bank, so can improve sensitivity to changes in financial reports and data;
- The intern is encouraged to ask any questions;
