Role Overview:
The Head of Space sector Engagement will be responsible for building strategic relationships with clients in the space sector. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to identify tailored solutions leveraging HPC, data, and AI technologies, and the drive to make impact and achieve business growth. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor, aligning LuxProvide’s offerings with the specific challenges and opportunities of the space ecosystem.
This highly collaborative position will work across teams and partners to create innovative solutions, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
•Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with executives and decision-makers in the space sector.
•Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights into how HPC, data, and AI can address their unique challenges.
•Engage with C-level executives, R&D teams and IT leaders to align LuxProvide’s capabilities with their business and compliance needs.
•Conduct regular business reviews with customers to showcase the value of LuxProvide’s solutions and align strategies for growth.
•Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring alignment between client needs and LuxProvide’s services.
Solution Selling:
•Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop customized solutions for clients in the space industry.
•Proactively identify new opportunities for business growth by leveraging LuxProvide’s capabilities in HPC, data analytics, and AI.
•Use data-driven insights to design and present innovative solutions that address customer pain points and enhance operational efficiency.
Account Management:
•Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue and engagement targets for assigned accounts.
•Lead the orchestration of internal resources and external partners to deliver high-value projects.
•Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations.
•Monitor and report on account performance, including project milestones, customer feedback, and financial outcomes.
Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership:
•Stay up-to-date with trends, technologies, and policies shaping the space sector.
•Represent LuxProvide at industry events and conferences, showcasing its capabilities and building brand recognition.
•Advocate for customer needs within LuxProvide, ensuring products and services evolve in line with industry demands.
Collaboration and Leadership:
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive customer success, including technical, sales, and marketing teams.
•Establish partnerships with relevant ecosystem players, including government agencies, technology providers, and research institutions.
•Contribute to the overall strategy for LuxProvide’s presence in the space sector.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•5+ years of account management, business development, or sales experience in technology, preferably in HPC, data, or AI.
•Proven experience working with clients in the space sector.
•Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives.
•Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders, translating complex technology into business value.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to drive complex projects to completion.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
•Familiarity with Luxembourg’s space ecosystem, including regulatory and funding frameworks.
•Experience managing complex, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
•Multilingual capabilities, with fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
