Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.
