• More than 5 years of proven experience in a senior engineering role, with a focus on electrical systems engineering in explorer yachts or other large vessels.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Extensive knowledge of marine electrical engineering systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• A deep understanding of industry regulations and classification society standards.
