Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in insight generation and data visualization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our operational set up, improve business critical workflows, and generate insights related to agent behavior. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and support the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data and convert to the appropriate data visualization methods for business reviews and client presentations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of trends to provide insights and recommendations to optimize operational set up & procedures to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Reporting and Visualization:
• Prepare clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights for stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
• Create and maintain automated reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strategy Development and Optimization:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive stakeholders, product managers and operation managers, to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing business processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of operation, identify areas for improvement and automation, and propose actionable solutions.
• Data Governance and Quality:
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing appropriate data governance practices.
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in digital marketing and social media analytics.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Solid English C1 level
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics tools.
• SOFT SKILLS:
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data mining methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
• BONUS POINTS:
• Understanding of digital marketing & advertising is a plus.
